The Responsibility We Have to Lift Other Women

One of the greatest gifts we can give another woman is belief.

Belief in her abilities. Belief in her potential. Belief that she is capable of achieving something she may not even see for herself yet.

Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of meeting remarkable women from every stage of life. Entrepreneurs launching businesses, executives leading organizations, mothers balancing careers and families, women reinventing themselves after setbacks, and women simply trying to find the confidence to take their next step.

While every journey has been different, one thing has remained consistent.

None of us got here completely alone.

At some point, someone encouraged us. Someone shared advice. Someone opened a door. Someone believed in us before we fully believed in ourselves.

That's why I believe supporting other women isn't just a nice thing to do. It's a responsibility.

Mentorship doesn't always have to look formal. Sometimes it's introducing two people who should know each other. Sometimes it's taking fifteen minutes to answer a question. Sometimes it's sharing a lesson you learned the hard way so someone else doesn't have to learn it the same way.

And sometimes it's simply reminding another woman that she's more capable than she realizes.

In today's world, it's easy to fall into the comparison trap. Social media constantly shows us everyone's highlights, making it feel like everyone else is moving faster or accomplishing more. But I've learned that another woman's success doesn't take anything away from mine.

Success isn't limited.

Opportunity isn't limited.

There is room for all of us to grow.

Some of the most rewarding moments in my own career haven't been personal achievements. They've been watching someone else gain confidence, earn a promotion, launch a business, or accomplish something they once thought was impossible. Being a small part of someone else's journey is incredibly meaningful.

It's also one of the reasons I created SHE DECIDES.

From the podcast to the collection and everything we're building, the mission has always been bigger than me. It's about creating conversations that remind women they are capable of building the lives they truly want while encouraging them to support other women doing the same.

When women choose collaboration over competition, incredible things happen. We become stronger leaders, better mentors, and more compassionate communities. We stop measuring success by comparison and start measuring it by impact.

I truly believe your legacy won't simply be defined by what you accomplished. It will also be defined by the people you encouraged, the opportunities you created, and the confidence you helped build in someone else.

Because sometimes the greatest success isn't what you achieve yourself.

It's who you inspire to believe they can achieve it too.
